Hi Samantha! Welcome to BP! I went to school in Eau Claire, WI (grew up in Phillips, WI which is way up north).  Fun to see other Wisconsinites on here!  Go Pack!!:)  I live in Seattle now and am pretty new to BP myself. Been learning all I can from the plethora of super helpful podcasts and posts on here.  Been looking into investing in Wisconsin/Minnesota in single family rental or maybe a duplex if the price is right.  

I have one bank account, Wells Fargo. I want to switch to another. What banks do you recommend? Also, I’ve never done travel hacking but have been looking into it..what banks would give travel miles with a signing bonus? Thanks!

@Theresa Harris thanks for replying! I live in Seattle right now so the odds of me finding a house hack are basically none...so I’m looking at cheaper properties for investment purposes in the Midwest where I have family.
