Structuring a Deal with multiple investors

Hello! My brothers and I (4 of us total) want to invest in a rental property. We want to all pitch in money for the 20 percent down payment.  How would you suggest we structure it?  Thank you!

I've done it with an LLC where each member is awarded shares. Someone needs to be the manager. You'll need an operating agreement as well. I have also used a JV Agreement. Hire a lawyer to draft the docs. You want to protect everyone even if it's family.
