@Joe

I don't have good enough credit to get a traditional mortgage, so I suggested this option to my potential seller as an alternative. My plan is to refinance after 6 months (after the rehab). However, I just read somewhere on line that this might not be so simple and that I might have to wait an entire year.

Any thoughts..?

Hi everyone,

I just made my first offer to buy a house. I want to use owner financing. How long do you have to wait to refinance on a owner finance?

@Chad Duncan,

I plan on holding the property as a long-term investment. I'm using the BRRRR strategy.

@Chad,

I'm not sure of what to put into capital expenditures yet. Everything in the house is pretty new, the owners just had everything replaced.

Hello everyone,

I'm about to make an offer on this deal and I just need some advice as to whether or not my numbers seem right.

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble calculating this deal. For some reason, in one part it says I'm getting over $1.5k cash flow, but for the year, I'm in the negative. I don't understand how that's possible.

@Mason Hickman @Joe Marini I'm definitely interested if you know of a few deals. We'll keep in touch.

Thank you @Joe Marini, that's good advice. I'll definitely look into that area.

I see in your profile that you're from MA, do you know of any Duplex's in the area? Preferably a fixer upper?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to investing, having a hard time finding deals where I am in Long Island, NY.

Is it a good idea to BRRRR out of state? If so, how do I start?
