Is this property still for sale?

I have been in your shoes, I have done it without my money in the deal. If you do what i list you can do the same thing.

1. Know your stuff - You have to know how to analyze a property and I mean really really analyze 

2. Network - people people. People is the key, the more people u know the more deals you can find. The more people you know the more finance you can get.

3. Repeat. know your stuff, know more people

Did not make it to the meeting, I'm guessing that it was cancelled anyways. We went to Tampa until the whole thing was over with, but we are back now and thank god it did not hit here.
