Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good paving company for commercial properties in the North Jersey area. I own a strip mall with about 280,000 sq ft of parking lot space.

Thanks for the help!

Hi,

I own a large strip mall in northern New Jersey.  I was wondering if anyone knows of a good paving company that can pave our parking lot and driveways.  Ideally, the company would be able to offer competitive rates.

I really appreciate the help.  Thanks!

James

Great thank you Rick!

Hi,

One of my tenant's lease expires in 1 month but they are overdue on rent.  They did a stop payment on one month's payment, and their check bounced for another month's payment.

Normally, I would move to evict the tenant and resolve this through a lawyer.  However, I'm concerned that the legal fees will be more than what I can collect in unpaid rent.

At this point, I am considering to just use a collection agency.  Does anyone know of a good collection agency that can help me collect the unpaid rent that is due to me?  Or, could anyone please suggest a better strategy?

Thanks!

James
