I would recommend Matt Miller at ERA Heavener Realty. He is my PM, and has his stuff together.

Agreed. If the numbers are telling you that nothing over $300,000 will work, don't let ego change your mind.

Oh ok. I have one close to there in 32210. The fee is based on the size of the home. I usually end up around $225 (after applying their military discount).

Congrats on taking the plunge! I use FHI Inspections. (http://www.fhiinspections.com) They are very thorough. What area did you buy in?

I am just finishing up a rehab, and plan on refinancing through finance of America, or a lender that offers similar products. The 100% LTV of very appealing. Does anybody have experience with this company or another with similar options?
