Hey there BP! 

An offer that I put out on a property in Jacksonville just got accepted! This is my first time ever buying a house and the whole process is new to me, I feel like I'm stepping into the unknown. I know I need to get the property inspected, do you guys have a home inspector that you would recommend in the Jacksonville area? Any tips in general about this stage of a real estate transaction are greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Congrats on taking the plunge! I use FHI Inspections. (http://www.fhiinspections.com) They are very thorough. What area did you buy in?
