Hey does anyone have a TREC 1-4 form filled out that they used for a wholesale deal and wouldn't mind sending me a copy? I'm just trying to understand the contract better and a filled out one from an acyual deal would help immensely. Thx!

Hey yall. I'm talking to my county about a tax delinquent list and I don't know what specifics I need to ask her for to make the list, except for at least 2yrs back owed in taxes. Anything else I need to add?

My name is James and I decided to get involved in real estate. I chose to go the wholesaling route. I've read blogs, attended "youtube university". But. now I find myself on information overload. At this point I'm stuck as to how to execute. Anyone willing to chat, maybe mentor to help point me in the right direction? I'm in central texas btw!

I have started to read the beginners guide and my head is about to explode but it's definitely interesting. I'm already in love with the whole flipping houses method so far.

Hello everyone my name is James, active duty military. I just had a question about using the VA LOAN to possibly flip houses. I been in for 5 years now and people keep telling me to get into with out giving me info that I need. Is there anyone out there that has done this and can give me a run down of the process or the things I need to know?
