Hello everyone!

My name is James and I decided to get involved in real estate. I chose to go the wholesaling route. I've read blogs, attended "youtube university". But. now I find myself on information overload. At this point I'm stuck as to how to execute. Anyone willing to chat, maybe mentor to help point me in the right direction? I'm in central texas btw!
