Last year i bought a property for 13k + 3K repair 4 br brick house that i rent it for $750 a month.Yes the area is not one of the best but hey look at the numbers........I still do not have any problems with my section 8 tenants:)

Yes that's sound stupid to me that after we signed the contract,inspection and so on the seller wanna back up just because he thinks the price is to low.....what were he thinking before accepting my offer

I don't see anything about penalties from the seller side in the contract

I just got a call from my agent that the seller will back up because the purchase price is too low....

We sign all documents 1 month ago.I did all inspection and earnest money was given to the seller...I was prepare for closing tomorrow and here you are surprise....by the way forgot to mention that it's a Foreclosure Property

I made an offer for a property(foreclosure) and the bank accepted it.I did not know that will be so quick because i made 5 offers before for other property witch was not accepted....Anyway the bank wants to see the proof of funds witch i will have in 3-4 days from my family(Europe)

My agent emailed me to meet him tomorrow with proof of funds witch i do not have it right now...

So what to do? i don't wanna lose this deal?
