Hello

I made an offer for a property(foreclosure) and the bank accepted it.I did not know that will be so quick because i made 5 offers before for other property witch was not accepted....Anyway the bank wants to see the proof of funds witch i will have in 3-4 days from my family(Europe)

My agent emailed me to meet him tomorrow with proof of funds witch i do not have it right now...

So what to do? i don't wanna lose this deal?

Thank you guys

A "proof of funds" typically means a bank statement showing a bank account that has the money to complete the purchase. And the name on the account is the same as the name on the offer. I don't understand what has to come from your relatives in Europe that takes three or four days.

If this is just a matter of getting a faxed copy of a bank statement, you can go to an Office Depot or similar store and receive a fax. Your relatives would fax the bank statement to the store and you would pick it up.

Or, your relatives could fax it directly to your agent.

Or, your relatives could scan it and e-mail you the scan. You could then print it out and hand it to your agent.

What am I missing?
