Hi Bill

No my property has not been approved yet for section 8

But as i understand the inspection comes after i fill out the Request for Tenancy approval Form?

Also you mentioned :''Get a Specific Power of Attorney from your mother appointing you as her administrator of the property and file the POA in the land records. :)'' it should be in writing or just verbal agreement? also should i go to the notary for that or how?

Thanks a lot guys

Hello

I have a house for rent and did find already a good section 8 tenant...She wants the property, also showed me her voucher today

The problem is that the house is under my mother name and she is not a USA citizen, she is on B2 Visitor Visa.I just got a Request for Tenancy approval Form from tenant and i see they(section 8) request to fill it out w-9 form....

My question: how to fill it out if she does not have SSN or EIN?

Also can i put my SSN my name and so on Request for Tenancy approval Form? Can i be here agent? or her management company?

I know is complicated but i did not think about it before, the property will be transferred into my name(LLC)in one or one and a half years but for now i have to do something.....Please advice

Thanks a lot

Hello

The house that i bought a few weeks ago is almost ready for rent.I decided to accept section 8 tenants i just don't understand one thing please advice

Let's say i want to rent it out for $800 per month.Who pays me each month? the section 8 program or the tenant?

One lady is interested in the house and she told me her voucher is $695 and she can close the gap ($105) is this normal?or is better to find another tenant who has the voucher for $800?

I am a little bit confused please help

Thanks a lot guys
