@Stephen Sloane This is the dilemma of all aspiring property appraisers. I would suggest looking for friends or family that working as an appraiser or are related to an appraiser. Then leverage that relationship on a split basis (60/40 or 70/30). NEVER WORK FOR FREE. You can also create and escalating split as you knowledge grows. The key is to maintain a friendly yet professional relationship. So in summary reach out via you social media network and see who’s in the business and go from there.
