GC Needed. Scope of work: - Mold remediation - Wood floor refinishing - possible asbestos removal (basement flooring) - possible lead paint - kitchen and bath update - Addition assessment. (Not sure removal necessary) - basement update - new gutters Sale or rent based on numbers
