Anyone buying in NorthWest Indiana Lake county areas?

You need boots on ground and a active buyers list. Find someone who’s already wholesaling in that stat and jv(joint venture) with them. They already know the investor friendly title companies and most likely already have buyers list. You can use sites like docusign.com to send documents back In forth. Hope that helps. 

Jeff, do you buy fix n flip properties in gary? I have some properties available now all priced below 10k if your interested? They all need work but could be great rental properties.
