Was wondering if anybody could help me or tell me how do I make wholesale deals across state lines without ever being there?

You need boots on ground and a active buyers list. Find someone who’s already wholesaling in that stat and jv(joint venture) with them. They already know the investor friendly title companies and most likely already have buyers list. You can use sites like docusign.com to send documents back In forth. Hope that helps.
