@Account Closed
My go-to is always to use Google. I would just type this string into the search bar: "Baltimore Multifamily" site: biggerpockets.com
It may work for you, but it could also return a ton of results.
Hope it helps!

I'd recommend starting with this one:

Don't spend too much mental energy thinking about it. Business cards are one of those excuses that a lot of business owners use to hold themselves back. Settle on something that's good enough for what you want to achieve and move on to bigger and better things. Spend that time and energy focused on making deals happen.

Hi all –
I'm going to start posting here pretty frequently and start a member blog here on BiggerPockets and I want to know what you want to know about starting or growign your business.
What is it that scares you? It doesn't matter if you don't have a business yet and are paralyzed or if you are already killing it and don't know where to go next.
Go ahead and list your fears here. If you don't think you have any, then list your desires because, if you desire something that you don't have, then the only thing holding you back is your fear.
I'm really looking forward to building out a good list and even more excited to helping many of you through any difficulties that you may have.
Happy investing,
Joe
Post: Challenges When Starting Out

Hi all –
I have a question for all the new, and soon to be new real estate investors out there; experienced investors, feel free to chime in, let us know what challenges you overcame when starting out.
What are the challenges that are stopping you, or slowing your progress as a real estate investor?
I know it will be the same for a lot of people; I have a lot of challenges that are slowing me down, I'll start off with some of the challenges I can come up with just off the top of my head and that I see and hear mentioned on this site quite often:
Analysis paralysis. I'm afraid of failure, so I never really get started. I'm always looking for the best way to do something and never end up doing it because I'm looking for a level of perfection that doesn't exist.
Shiny object syndrome. I move from subject to subject without fully committing to the first idea. I don't have the faith in my initial idea to follow through with it and end up abandoning it before anything happens with it.
What's stopping you?

Looking forward to seeing everyone again; I'll be there for a little bit.
Also, I had an idea about a sign in sheet a couple of months ago that I haven't been able to put into play until now. I'll have it if anyone wants to put their name on it to reach out to anyone that they might not have had the chance to talk to, but has shared interests.

It looks like things worked out well in the end. Congrats on the deal! I'm interested to see how it all plays out. So, if I'm understanding correctly, you're planning on doing a rehab on this property?

I have to agree with @Rick H.
There isn't a lot you can do if you don't go out and prepare yourself for the world. There are two sides to the coin, one is the motivation to go out and just do it; which it seems like you have, the other side is to make sure you at least have a slight grasp on what it is you're trying to do, which you may need to work on a bit.
RE investing is a lot of work and takes TONS of persistence; you should really consider that before jumping into it.

Come out to Denver, we have more than we know what to do with. We have several large feral populations and all of their kittens seem to end up at shelters every summer.
