@Bill Kramer Thanks for the advice! I know exactly what you are talking about. Evan as an out of state investor right now, I try to get out to my properties and do walk throughs of them to make sure everything is on the up and up.

Hi All, I used to live in Evansville and have a majority of my rentals up in Fort Wayne, but looking to add in Evansville. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good property manager or an investor friendly real estate agent? Looking at buy and hold sfh. Thank you!

Hi  @Joseph Graeve , I am looking for very passive investing, but if it were close, I would love to get my hands dirty on it. I like Fort Wayne because I lived there for 2 years and have a lot of contacts there, plus it seems like the numbers are great there. I'm not opposed to investing in Colorado at all, in fact, I have spent many hours looking into option, but the COC return for me seems difficult without partners. Im not well versed in Seller Financing or Lease Options so I'm hesitant on it. Id love to learn more about it though!

thanks, @Camilla Sauder , I do not have a house purchased yet, but have a few on my list. I am looking for a good property manager as I'll be out of state and also looking for good contractors for rehabbing before renting out. The hard part for me is analyzing some costs like rent prices, rehab costs, and good neighborhoods. I have a friend looking at places for me out there, but want to make sure I'm doing my homework.

Hi All,

Im an out of state investor who used to live in Fort Wayne for a couple years. Looking for advice on a good property manager and contractors. This would be my first shot at an out of state deal as I am priced out of northern Colorado, so, a little nervous, but excited. Looking to do long term rentals.
