Fort Wayne, IN - Looking for local help

Hi All,

Im an out of state investor who used to live in Fort Wayne for a couple years. Looking for advice on a good property manager and contractors. This would be my first shot at an out of state deal as I am priced out of northern Colorado, so, a little nervous, but excited. Looking to do long term rentals.

Grateful!,

Jake

Hi Jake!  We used to live in Colorado and totally understand being priced out of the market there.  Do you already have a house purchased and are looking for a PM or what is your situation?
