Looking to invest in Dayton, Ohio
Hi All, used to live in Dayton and am looking to start investing there. Looking for mostly buy and holds with SFH's. Would love any pointers: agents, lenders, property managers. Thanks! I joined a few of the Facebook REI groups as well. Looking forward to meeting you all.
