Hey, Anthony! Welcome to BP! You'll love it here! I've only been a member for a couple days but this site rocks and EVERYBODY are so welcoming and helpful! I'm new to investing myself currently living in Murfreesboro but soon to be moving to Nashville. There is a wealth of information on this site and I'm 99.9% certain that you'll find all the answers you are looking for! Good luck to you!

@Anaisy Alfonso Hey, Annie! Welcome to BP! I've only been here a couple of days myself but EVERYBODY has been so welcoming and helpful! I, too, have no so good credit but what I did to help improve it is getting a secured credit card. No credit check is required and the cool thing about them is that you set the credit limit by merely depositing what you want your credit limit to be. (typically as low as $200). Use it responsibly for small purchases like gas or groceries and then pay it off each month. Having a good payment history and keeping your balances low will increase your credit score in no time. Hope this is helpful! Have a good one!

@Josh Williams and @Louis Davis You guys ROCK!! That was very helpful! I've been racking my brain trying to figure the best way for me to estimate repairs when I go into homes so I don't look like an idiot when i'm presenting it to a buyer! That was more than helpful!

I'm new to investing and I've been a member of BP for a little under 24hrs and I am already thoroughly enjoying all that this site and you guys have to offer. However, I have a question: What is your best formula for estimating repairs for your wholesale deals? How do you present that estimate to potential buyer?

Hello, fellow REI's. I'm Jake from Nashville, TN and I am in the very beginning stages of investing. I want to start off wholesaling to help build up some working capital. Ultimately I would also like to get into Fix and Flips, Buy and Holds, etc. I joined BP so that I may be able to network with other investors across the country to gain knowledge and do business with. I would like to join the likes of some of you and be able to post some of my deals on here as well once I get the hang of things. Look forward to working and networking with all of you!
