Hello all,

I am looking into STR's in the Palm Beach county area, preferably near PBG. I know my agent said that condo and HOA's have strict rules about doing STR's in certain communities. Does anyone know which communities allow for STR's in that market? Also, is anyone cashflowing in that market by doing this same strategy? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@Harrison Lopes I will be following this thread.  What market are you currently in that properties are selling for that 80K-120K range?

@Adam Schroeder hi Adam - I wanted to see if you could share what parts of Florida are you referring too? I was looking at that market and would appreciate the insight. Thanks

Good morning all!

I am starting to look at long distance investing after reading David’s book about it. I have a competitive advantage in south east Florida, as I have a lot of family there. I’ve been looking online at various markets, but wanted to see what others thoughts are on the area, maybe an hour range of it. Where should I be looking for small multis in the west palm beach area? Thanks in advance!

@Johnathan Boyle thanks John. Pulling the trigger on the first one was gut wrenching, but worth it so far. We’ll see how it finishes.
