My name is Jaime and I fairly new to both real estate and this site. I am a part time investor seeking full time results. I just jumped into the real estate around last june without knowing the first thing about it. I have made about 8 deals since that time and I am not sure what my ultimate destination is. However it seems that I approaching the point of entertaining all forms of real estate investment. As long as it makes money, then it makes sense. I am here to gain and share knowledge, make connections, and stimulate my mind.

Thank you for your time.

Jay O. I noticed that you referenced Palm Bay, Fl. Palm Bay and Palm Coast are two different cities. I have been monitoring both Palm Bay and Palm Coast for months now. I have not been active in those areas yet because I have not had the opportunity for fully scout them out. They do have many newer available houses available.
