Hi @Olusegun Samuel Oyebode! All great points from above and honestly the best why to get into investing is to do a House Hack/Co-Living. Essentially, you could potentially be living for free if not have a little passive income coming in. Live in the smaller room, rent out the others. Great way to get started as you learn more about being a Landlord and what it entails. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me as I've be happy to chat with you.

Hey @Jacob Rocha! Thank you for your service, as a retired Veteran who served over 20 years I can definitely relate to what you're feeling. Learn as much you can through Podcast, REI meetups and join a Mastermind. There are several great one out there, just know your investing in yourself with the amount of education your getting. But know this, your network is your networth. The more people you come in contact with the more it could lead to more opportunities and possibly partnering with someone. I'd be happy to chat with you sometime and see how I can help.

Hi @jaime Pinedo! It really depends on what strategy your trying to implement as some areas are better for STR/MTR then long term and vice versa. I'd be happy to have a conversation with you on what you're trying to do.

Hey @Damon Moore! Definitely check out Meetup.com, but also dont forget about Eventbrite as they are another great source. Most of all, when you go to these events. Try to stand out, by being the most interested person and not the most interesting person.
