That's along the lines of what I was thinking, thank you. How expensive can that process be? Of adding a shower or even a bathtub? Especially when the bathroom is small to begin with

Hey guys

The properties I search for are 3 bed 2 bath as they generally appeal to the widest audience, but how much of a difference does it make having 1 full bath and a half/ 3 quarter bath? And is it beneficial to make it into 2 full baths?

For context my target areas are near a small university and an air force base. My market is very rural with little appreciation.

Looking forward to hearing yalls input

@Amber H. Thanks your 2 cents will be taken and used lol.  And for sure, I'll shoot you a connect right now.

@Taylor Wells

@Taylor Wells 1) good question 2) I'm sure there are countless ways but what I've done is use BP's search bar and typed in my city. A few different things popped up including different investors. craigslist also has a RE section full of investors.

  1. Hello BP community, I am 20 yrs old starting my RE investing career to get the financial freedom we all seek, but first... need the money. So I've just started wholesaling properties in Wichita Falls, TX. (moved here about 4 months ago) I haven't closed on a deal or anything yet, but I have been driving for dollars daily and evaluating tons of deals. Since I'm just getting started out my main focus has been building my buyers list, and familiarize myself with the market. What do you think my next step should be in order to get that first deal asap? I've been doing tons of research on the RE game and how to play it but would love to get some insight on where to take my real first step,
