I haven't found anything too interesting, I'm being patient so far because of my leasing situation. There's a property on realtor that I'm trying to negotiate with the seller but there may not be enough equity for a good deal.

@Mary lou L. count me in! pretty much the same situation except I plan on living in a multi unit which would be my first deal.

Hey everyone! After about 3 years of studying real estate as an investor I've finally decided to get my jump in the pool. I'm looking to house hack my first property with a roommate (whom is a family member), and I've had my eyes on a 2 duplexes that are on realtor and other sites but I feel there is no equity there. I have two agents who send me leads, but the market feels very slow in my area...advice?

Hello BP family, just a quick question. I listened to a podcast in the past month or so where a guest came on a was explaining his his real estate business and how he also had his own construction company involved. Problem is I want to listen again but can't find it...anyone know the podcast number?

I currently work a 9-5 m-f day job ( that will change here in the next few months) so there's not a specific day I'd prefer right now that would stick. 

I think sometime early in the day before noon on weekends would appease those with jobs like mine

ex: Saturdays @ 10:30

Hello BP community, just put in a offer on a property I plan on wholesaling. The agent I'm working with on it isn't very familiar on how wholesaling works and I want to make sure I'm going about business the right way (my first deal). I offered a 25$ earnest deposit (is that too low?). 

Anyway looking for an investor friendly attorney agent to help me look over a contract, any recommendations? Here in Wichita Falls, TX.

No not in particular, I know the beginning of my summer is pretty busy but I can squeeze in a meetup on a weekend if the timing is right. Did you have a time frame in mind?
