difference between 3/2 and a 3/1.5 (bed/bath)
Hey guys
The properties I search for are 3 bed 2 bath as they generally appeal to the widest audience, but how much of a difference does it make having 1 full bath and a half/ 3 quarter bath? And is it beneficial to make it into 2 full baths?
For context my target areas are near a small university and an air force base. My market is very rural with little appreciation.
Looking forward to hearing yalls input

I have done several units where we have added a shower making the SFH a true 3/4 bath. IMHO it makes sense as you get better tenant and you force appreciation. Typically we get rid of the closet off the 1/2 bath - a complete no brainer. I would search 3/1.5+ so you don't miss these opportunities. Happy hunting!
