Hello,

Where is the best place to find a great wholesaler in Austin Texas ?

I Myself have the funds to be able to purchase. Of course the most challenging part is finding good deals to Buy.

Please share your thoughts. I look forward to hearing from you wonderful folks on the bigger pockets forum.

Thank you !

@Andrew Leung I would say talk to a loan officer and see what your options are. I do not believe FHA loans go up to 800k I can not remember off the top of my head what the cap is but I'm almost positive it doesn't go to 800k. I would talk with a loan officer and see what your options are it does sound like a cool house hacking opportunity though. If you can't make this one work I'm sure you can find another opportunity :)

Sure why not, you could do a quick search and see if the owners mailing address different than the subject property. It could be an old rental property that someone might want to sell. It also could be someones house they have lived in for years and wont even dream of selling. The key is to find real motivation

@Sardar Mustafa Khan finding buyers is not the hard part finding a good deal is. There is a buyer for every good deal. I suggest going to local REIA meetups and you should be able to spot who the true players are there. Once you bring the real players good deals. They will be blowing your phone up for more deals !!!
