House Hacking in Hampton Roads
Good Evening Everyone,
I am an Active Duty service member and I am looking to start investing into real estate. This forum is a great source of information, and I would like to thank all of you!
I am looking for a multi-family home that I could house hack in the Hampton Roads area. Are there any recommendations for agents I could talk to or which areas would be a great area to start looking in? As far as financing, I am planning on using a VA loan and would try to rehab whatever property I purchase in order to raise the value. Any information helps. Thank you guys!

I would recommend anyone from the THiNK team. They host multiple investor (currently zoom) meetups and have a lot of investor friendly experience in the area. @Claudio Valdivia @Erica Osborn.
