Hello,

I keep hearing invest using other peoples money, what kind of information are these people wanting to know before they offer up their money?

How do they get their investment back with profit?

Would i use a PDF from the calculators?

Are these "people" doing this for Buy&Hold strategy?

If I find a good deal, why wouldn't they just do it on their own?

@Danny Randazzo

Thank you, I’ll be down in April when I move. How do I stay up to date when these happen?

@Chace Fraser

Thanks for the connection, I’ll have to reach out in the future to meet your lender!

@Chace Fraser

Chace, this is epic. I love the idea of rotating out the loans. I was looking on guidance on how to manipulate the VA loan to benefit me but I haven't really seen anything on here covering the VA loan. I have been working on the pitch in my head for my GF to do the exact thing you mentioned. I figured we use our own money and build our real estate properties with our own financing. Thank you for the input, that was awesome.

@Ronan Donnelly

I’m glad you mentioned that because, it will be tough, not sure if I want to use that 1k to pay off debt in 2 months or not and buy a engagement ring haha. Lots of selfish decisions to make.

To your suggestion, I plan on going hard in the local real estate meetings to find other investors. How would this work, we both go 50/50 on a down payment and split cashflow? Assuming lots of legal documents are signed for this?
