Hello,

I keep hearing invest using other peoples money, what kind of information are these people wanting to know before they offer up their money?

How do they get their investment back with profit?

Would i use a PDF from the calculators?

Are these "people" doing this for Buy&Hold strategy?

If I find a good deal, why wouldn't they just do it on their own?

To answer your questions,

They will need to know your credit, experience, scoop of work to be done, appraisal, exit strategy. No DTI or W2.

They make their profit when you make the interest only payments each month. And when you flip or refi, the receive a lump some of the original principal back.

Yes people use it for buy and hold,. They fix it up and instead of flipping they refinance into a traditional 30 year mortgage.
