@Roselin G.

This type of bs gives contractors a bad name. I see comments above about "contractors being busy". Not providing a detailed scope and cost on a project this size for a residential client is just bad business. Id tell this guy to yank that dumpster or the police can assist you.

I am looking to connect with an interior designer that can help coordinate finishes on spec houses. Cuyahoga and portage counties in particular.

I would work with a contractor and learn some trades at a surface/detailed level if you choose. You will need a job to qualify for any of the loans you want to get anyhow. I agree with above stack your cash until your 21 and have a better understanding/experience under your belt. Congrats on the hard work thus far, this is just the beginning.

CJ, I think you will find that it is tough to just work of area codes here. There are some nice pockets in not so nice areas and vice versa. The listed properties right now are in my opinion pretty high and the only deals Ive done this past year have been off market. If your looking for a cash flow area cleveland in general can provide that, but it won't come without headache.

Keep in mind that cleveland clinic and metro hospital both have major projects either started or in the pipeline. I would hedge yourself around those areas and over time your assets should appreciate.
