that's the thing. I know almost zero bout re so went to this seminar for an intro. Seems to me that rehabbing and flipping  would be the best place to start so I'm looking for events that I should be at and people I can be of benefit to while I learn. Any ideas?

I've been wanting to invest some $ in RE so I went to a 3 day seminar this weekend. Was absolutely terrible. They make it sound the easiest thing in the world while constantly and subtly selling you on further coaching.. I couldn't handle anymore and just left. Any ideas where I should put my cash in Southern California?
