Trey Foradory Well I don't actually have a deal yet or started I was doing some research before I get started and was wondering who would I deal with regarding the money because some sites say an attorney or title agent depending on your state...plus I'm just trying to figure out how this process work

I live in the state of Florida and I was wondering in a wholesale deal who would I need for closing once I have the earnest money deposit, contract and signed assignment. Would I need a title company or real estate attorney? Thanks

Hello guys, I just wanted to send out a post because I am new to this real eastate business and at the moment I been reading up on things regarding wholesale homes and flipping homes.
