Wholesale closing

I live in the state of Florida and I was wondering in a wholesale deal who would I need for closing once I have the earnest money deposit, contract and signed assignment. Would I need a title company or real estate attorney? Thanks

If you are assigning the contract you don't have anything to do with the closing except to collect your check. Your buyer will be buying the property directly from your seller. The buyers title company will take care of all that and you will get paid as long as you have the correct assignment agreement signed by the buyer.
