I am looking to invest in Memphis and I am currently trying to grow my network there. I am  interested in meeting investors and hearing about the great growing parts of Memphis and your experiences there.

I am a new investor and any information is good information for me!

I would love to set up tons of meetings next week with some investors! I may have some future deals with wholesaling and I need a list of investors to send some deals to. I would also like to just start networking with investors and see if I can begin building relationships that are mutually beneficial.

I am a relatively new real estate investor so any investor willing to have a zoom meeting or phone call is very appreciated!

I am a real estate investor in Little Rock, AR. I have had a few ideas on lead generation including probate, driving for dollars, bandit signs, and real estate brokers. What ideas do you guys have for more lead generation and what have you found to be successful in your own endeavors?

I am extremely interested in the possibility of property in Wyoming. Some of my In laws family lives up there and I am consistently surprised with the hidden beauty of Wyoming. If anyone has any connections to investors or advice please contact me. I have some properties i am interested in looking into.

How do you locate investors when you are new at real estate. I always have deals and sometimes my problem is finding investors for those deals. Any advice??

I am a new investor and currently trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible. I am also trying to analyze as many deals as possible. What are some of your favorite ways to find deals and why are they your favorite?
