Donna, you might consider going to Diamond Farming and downloading the free "Probate Tracking Sheet." He gives you two pages, both the same. I recommend deleting the first page of the pdf and just using the second, which is fillable on your computer. To delete the first page, here's how to do it on a Mac: on the top bar choose View, then choose Thumbnail, then go to Edit, then choose Delete.

@Yu L. , what do you mean by saying they just have a subset of everything? For example, in the probate category do they only have conservatorship filings but not post-mortem estate administration filings? Or do you mean that they have some of everything but not all of everything?

Roxy, two words: Mike Ferry. Actually, two more words: Neil Schwartz. He's a longtime client of the MFO and also a coach of Mike Ferry's coaches. Google them both and go to their sites. And look for their videos on Youtube. Also see the videos of Kevin Ward, also heavily influenced by Mike Ferry.

P.S. You'll find that those seduced by the myth of progress and the chronological snobbery it breeds don't like Mike Ferry because his methods are insufficiently new. They especially dislike his dismissal of social media as, largely, a waste of time and excuse for not actually prospecting. See this video on Youtube:

Mike Ferry vs Social Media (Must See Video!)

Rejoice in their dislike.

P.P.S. Note that I said Mike Ferry, not Tom Ferry.
