Greetings,

I'm a Broker Associate at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices - California Properties in the Sherman Oaks area of Los Angeles. I'm also a lawyer (non-practicing), but please don't hold this against me.

I was led here while investigating going into the probate niche both as a broker and investor. This seems like a good place populated by sensible people. I look forward to learning much.
