Yesterday was the 1st meeting ever for the newly found group "Atlanta Real Estate Club". The meeting was a total SUCCESS! A lot of great people came out and everybody shared their knowledge and insight. We all decided that we'll meet the 1st Sunday of every month instead of meeting every Sunday. The next meeting is February 7, 2016 at the Panda Express (2580 Windy Hill Rd SE, Marietta, GA 30067) as of now. Waiting to hear back from @Karen Petty if we're going to change it to a location on the southern side of Atlanta. This a great meeting where experienced real estate investor, newbie, and people who looking to get into the Real Estate field. All I ask of everybody is to leave their pride and ego to the side, let's all come together as one to network and help each other out. If anybody need to get in contact with me. Send me a message in my inbox or reply to this post. If you have a idea on how to make this group better please don't ever hesitate to let me know. At the end of day we're all a team. @Mike Watkins Have a great idea of starting a Wholesaler group. I'll get in contact with him in regarding to starting that group. @Brenda Whittaker Everything good comes with time. So what you've been failing that's a 100 times better than not doing nothing at all. Henry Ford went bankruptcy like 9 time before he stuck gold. People said Thomas Edison field over 9,000 times to create the light bulb. You know he said? He said I didn't fail 9,000 times; I just learned not how to do 9,000 different ways. When you free listen to the audio book "You can still win" by "Andre Taylor". You just have to sit down, analyze everything carefully, and see where you're failing at and how to prevent it and move on. The longer hold you hold on to it. The longer you hold yourself down.

I pay bi-weekly on my mortgage but I do mines different... For example let's say somebody mortgage is $1000, the bi-weekly mortgage payment is $500. I pay an extra $25 on the payment. That comes up to an addition $50 a month. It might sound simple but it's good, by only paying $50 more a month you're not hurting your pockets "today".
