Need to write a STRONG lease for two of my tenants. What's the best way to go about getting this done.

I'm working with a client that's looking for a commercial property to rent in the city of Atlanta. I couldn't find to many on the MLS. Is there any website where I can look at commercial listings?

@Percy N. They will not accept because they said it needs to be in the mother name. I thought it was a way to still get the mortgage even though the paper work is not in her name.

@Percy N. The relative is the mother, the person is the son. The son credit score is 500, his mother credit score is over 700. However all the business, paperwork is in the son name. That's the problem we're facing because the bank requires it to be in the mothers name.

@Percy N. The relative going to be a applicants for a traditional mortgage on behalf on my buyer.
