Been real estate investor since 1998 when out of college I bought my first rental property.  I have rentals in Stockbridge, McDonough, Morrow and Jonesboro and doing flips around the airport.  Currently have 2 active rehabs going.

Found BiggerPockets from seeing a youtube podcast.  Looking forward to continue learning about real estate.
