@Hillary Doucette Im still in the learning phase myself. Ive been trying to just be a sponge and this is a great resource! Find some books or podcasts you like. I've been reading and been listening to podcasts here and the Collecting Keys podcast. They are 2 full time investors that get into detail about a lot of different problems they have come across. Give it a shot and best of luck!!!

@Aaron Wesley Clearly Nathan G. knows what he is talking about. Im a rookie as well and have been loving the interaction this forum has been giving with connecting others of all types of knowledge level. Find a group you enjoy talking/listening with. Happy to share the one I work with. They are a small and tight knit but do work all over. BEST of luck on your journey!

@Spencer Gregory I mentioned this a couple days ago to someone else but if you are wanting to learn about BRRRR (like me!!) I've been listening and checking out what the Collecting Keys podcast guys do. I havent pulled the trigger yet on anything and am still in the learning stage but just finding good resources to trust can be hard. This place is great though as there are a lot of them here! Check out the podcast tho! Best of luck!!

Thanks for the post! Great suggestions and insight!

@Tristan Osborne You are in a great place to get some great advice. Using your resources and finding mentors you can trust is challenging but necessary. Find some books and or podcasts you like as well! I listen to the Collecting Keys podcast regularly and enjoy it. I know they do more stuff too with coaching and mentoring but the podcast is great!! Best of luck man and welcome!!

@Melissa Deacon

Im a rookie myself and am trying to learn as much as I can before I make that move. Ive mentioned it earlier to someone else as I feel that there are a lot of people in our shoes here. Reading and podcasts are what ive been doing to start. Knowledge is power is how I feel for any field. The podcast I like and have been following is Collecting Keys. 2 full time investors that are really detailed in their podcasts and also offer other things too like mentoring and coaching. Check the podcast out for sure though! Best of luck and keep posting! Nice to "meet" you!

If you are looking for good BRRRR guidance the guys doing the Collecting Keys podcast are good resources. The podcast is really detailed and they also have other services that might be up your alley as well. Im a newbie myself not having pulled the trigger and just in info gathering mode and they are my go to. Best of luck Justin!

The Collecting Keys Podcast guys are based out of Spokane and I think you would be interested in their podcast! They are full time investors and are really detailed with their stuff. They also do coaching if you really want to dive in for mentoring. Podcast is worth a listen for sure though!

Im new to the game myself and have been looking at podcasts and programs. The Collecting Keys Podcast might be up your alley! They are 2 full time investors that go deep in detail on things weekly and also have a 1 on 1 coaching program. Podcast is definitely worth a listen tho. Best of luck Amado!
