Thank you for taking time to review my post.  I am looking for a mentor.  Currently I am interested in obtaining rental properties to buy, rent and hold for long term.  Anyone who might have spare time or is interested in sharing knowledge who is doing this in the Tampa area will be great help.

Hello Amado Torres, that's what the SunCoast Real Estate Club is for. There are notices every month for local Meetups in all the areas.
