thanks a LOT. I think I'll research and search that information. Thanks for all the help. I think I'll go slow and learn. I may be speaking with you soon. ;-)

I have been using Cozy for a short time, and I had one applicant that did not want to apply on-line.  I emailed a paper application that they can fill out and mail back to me.  Not a big issue.  I have yet to use the auto pay feature, but it seems that it will be a lot less headache than dealing with checks.

@Brian Eastman

Thanks much for the explanation. I think I get it now...  (I really need to read Amanda Han's book, I guess)

That makes sense now.  I guess I can get set up with the Sense people next week after our talk.

Thank you again.

@William Morrison

Thank you much for the explanation.  I made a call to Sense-got a phone appointment.... so next week it should all be clear.

Thanks again.

(Perhaps the next time I visit my brother in Maryland I can buy you lunch)

Keith Courtney I would like to look at that Florida info as well.

Sorry to jump in, but I am somewhat confused.  I spoke with a CPA who tells me that in order to be able to open a solo 401(k) I would need to be in a business providing a service... such as dealing with the public, and that I would not be able to invest in a venture that I own....  i.e. if I have rental properties I could not use the solo 401k to invest in my real estate business, but I could in one that has another manager.

I know that I read, almost daily, on Bigger Pockets of people who open solo 401Ks to invest in real estate.   ????

Does my CPA know what he is talking about?  Any ideas.

I really want my employer 401K moved to another account that I can control and grow a business that my wife and I are starting......   any opinion?

Thanks for the information.  I will look for those books.

Sounds like they are worthwhile reading.

I have also been looking at this.  It's good to know that there have been positive experiences with Cozy.  How has the applicant situation been?  Are there plenty of people referred?

No problem @Kurt Gardner.  I'm considering it and I see that it has benefits.  I have a loan pending, but after that I may do the same thing with mine.
