Hi Everyone,

I just recently moved to Charlotte, NC - originally from Cleveland, Ohio so the real estate market is very different. I have always been interested in real estate investing and am looking for my first deal. I would ideally like to do the BRRRR but not sure if that is the best strategy in this market. I am open to suggestions - if this is more of a fix n flip territory I am open to that or even doing BRRRR back in Cleveland, Ohio since I still have connections to the real estate market there.

Would love to connect with local investors in the Charlotte area to get a better understanding of the game and provide value to you as well where I can!

I am reaching out to understand the best way to go about finding a reliable general contractor to bring on my team for fix-and-flips in the Cleveland, Ohio market. I am currently working with a realtor and lenders, now I just need the contractor to make the jump into my first deal!

If you have recommendations about how to find a reliable GC or have someone to connect me with please reach out in the comments or lets connect and have a phone call!

Thanks,

I am looking to get my feet wet in the real estate investing world. I have been interested for about two years now, have done serious research the past 6-12 months (reading, youtube, talking with agents) and am now deciding to take the jump in. I am thinking of starting with a fix and flip to raise capital and then move into the BRRRR method.

I am working with an agent, mentor, and have financial backing (to an extent) and  am creating this post to make connections with other investors and to find a solid contractor connection as well!

I am currently focusing on wholesale real estate in the Cleveland, Ohio area and was just wondering if any of you know of any good online courses to take for wholesaling?

I live in Cleveland, Ohio and plan on doing my wholesaling here but I am currently living in my college house four hours away from home. I have been researching wholesaling this whole time at school since classes have been online. I feel like I am ready to make the jump and take action into my real estate career but I am unsure if I should wait to get back to Cleveland so I am in the area or if I can do wholesaling virtually until I get back for winter break.

I plan on using the software Propstream and I have done enough research where I feel comfortable enough to start. Just want to hear some opinions if I should wait to get back home or if you guys think I should take the jump being 4 hours away from the market I would be working with.
