I'm looking to sell properties I own with the option for seller finance created mortgage notes.  I'd like the option to be able to sell these for cash to other investors, if I need the cash down the line to buy more properties.  If you have experience or expertise in this area and you can advise me on how to structure the notes, what kind of interest rate is appealing to the note buyer investor marketplace, and to see if I'm remotely on the right track in my strategy,  I'd like to pick your brain.  I'm happy to pay for your time, I know time and expertise is valuable.  thanks!

@Ken Letourneau they each have their own gas and electric.  Water is paid for by the PM so it doesn't come out of the rents listed above.  I'll email you the scope of work as well
