We are VERY excited for our NEW construction project, we are breaking ground on multiple lots for 3 bed, 2 FULL bath single family homes. Most rentals in Indianapolis are 1 bath, while 2 full bath homes have proven to have the highest demand and least tenant turnover. These will get a guaranteed 2 year rental contract, no taxes for 2 years until they get assessed, and come with a 2 year Home Warranty which covers all major repairs. Check out the floor plans & the cashflow sheet - the pics in the dropbox are very similar to what the finished product will look like. Estimated completion time is 5-7 weeks. Not our highest ROI producing offer, but definitely the most stable passive cash flow asset we provide.
