Quote from @Nader Shariff:

Keep me in mind if you come across any good deals in the NYC marketplace, though I am sure I am one out of a million who are looking for the same thing lol.

Sure thing. Shot you a message. Keep in touch.

BP Community,

Excited to announce that I've joined the Keller Williams team and I'm growing my business in the NY-Metro area. As we all know, relationships mean everything. I am looking to connect with fellow agents, lenders, real estate lawyers, inspectors, title officers, appraisers, and contractors in the area.

Let's connect.

@Jordan Moorhead short for Request For Proposal. It's a commercial site that is being bidded by the city of Austin.

HI BP,

I'm currently seeking a partner in Austin, TX that can view a RFP site for my company as I'm no longer able to make it down from NY. The walk through is on Tuesday, September 19th at 10:00AM. Would a realtor or a local investor be able to assist?

Good morning Bigger Pockets,

I want to utilize our platform as I'm seeking mentorship in the Commercial Real Estate Investing space in New York. I have experience in residential sales, acquisitions, and developments; and now I'm looking to transition into commercial.

It'll be greatly appreciated if we can schedule a call via direct message. Looking forward to connecting.

Best,

Jabari B.

Good morning Andrew,

Glad to hear that you & the Mrs. are getting into real estate investing. Outside of the third party agency that has filed my entities in the past, I have also worked with incfile.com - where all necessary information is presented/accessible to you at all times & your registered agent is taken care of through the platform.

Good luck on investing!

Good evening BP,

I was asked these questions by a fellow investor & I wasn't sure of the answer based on my knowledge/past experience.

1. How do you find out whether the owner accepts Owner-Financing or Lease-to-Own offers, with some listing agents being non responsive and/or gatekeepers to the inquiry?

2. If they do accept the terms, how are offers formatted?

3. Are there any required steps to take when submitting an offer within these scenarios?

Thanks in advance. Happy Father's Day to all.
