Owner Financing or Lease to Own

Good evening BP,

I was asked these questions by a fellow investor & I wasn't sure of the answer based on my knowledge/past experience.

1. How do you find out whether the owner accepts Owner-Financing or Lease-to-Own offers, with some listing agents being non responsive and/or gatekeepers to the inquiry?

2. If they do accept the terms, how are offers formatted?

3. Are there any required steps to take when submitting an offer within these scenarios?

Thanks in advance. Happy Father's Day to all.
