I hope your week is off to a great start. My name is Andy and I am a contractor located in Baltimore, Maryland. I’ve been in business for the past 5 years and have done every project possible. I usually attracted clientele through word of mouth but I’m looking to diversify by using platforms such as tik tok, Instagram, and Facebook. I suggest you get active in the forums. Especially posts about Baltimore. If you give good advice people will find you. Good contractors are hard to find and plenty of people in Baltimore are looking for one. Also I suggest you add a profile photo and update your profile. You can get a lot of business from Bigger Pockets.   However you cannot directly advertise or promote yourself in the main forums.
